Join the Northern Firearms Professional Staff, along with Linden Gun Range for the 16 Hour course that is sure to empower and challenge you! This class meets required training for a CCW application in the following counties and cities: Stanislaus, Calaveras, Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Stockton (city), and Tulare County.

Although this training does meet the mandated training requirements in the counties and cities listed, it does not guarantee the issuance of a CCW.  This can only be done by the local issuing agency.  Regardless of this fact, the NFI CCW Class will teach you how to purchase, store, transport, and use a personal protection firearm! Many of our students live in areas that do not issue CCW permits, yet they are still serious about personal protection; get the training you need to safely and responsibly protect you and your family.

This class is taught by Chuck Fields, Senior Instructor for NFI.

Chuck’s credentials include CA DOJ Certified Firearms Instructor, Nationally Certified Multi-Discipline Firearms Instructor, Nationally Certified Chief Range Safety Officer, Military Veteran/Helicopter Pilot, and former Law Enforcement Officer.

It will cover two days and 16 hours.  Both days will be held at the Linden Gun Range, 828 S. Hewitt Rd, Linden, CA 95236. 9-5PM.

There is no need for any training before we begin our day at the Linden Gun Range. Shooters of all experience levels will begin with the basics of marksmanship, manipulation, and retention, to effectively use a personal protection firearm.

On each day we will break for lunch at 12:00 PM. At this time there are no lunch facilities at Linden Gun Range, so please bring a lunch.
