CLASS DETAILS:
Director of Training Jen O’Hara will direct the online portion of the course. NFI Instructors will meet all students on the range and control the range of qualifications.
The class will meet online via Zoom at 5 PM on the course date. The class will be available to log in 30 minutes before getting any technical questions answered and make sure your equipment will run correctly. Students will receive login information via email the day before class starts. Students must have an internet connection, a laptop, pad/phone, or desktop with a microphone and camera (alternately, for audio, you can call in, but you still must have a camera to attend the class). Phones and laptops are also great for attending this class via ZOOM. We will have no more students in class than can be seen and interacted with on one screen. This ensures a premium educational experience.
Live fire qualifications on day two will occur at The Redding Gun Club, 21777 Seven Lakes Lane, Redding, CA 96003. Students will meet at the Rifle and Pistol Range gate at 8:00 AM. The gate will be closed until 8:00 AM. An NFI Instructor will open the gate and escort you to the range where your training will begin.
Please follow the directions at the link attached below.
The qualification will take place with each firearm listed on the CCW permit. Please bring firearms and 100 cartridges for your primary handgun and 50 cartridges for all others you wish to list on your CCW permit. You will qualify with each gun from 7 yards into a round target about the size of a standard paper plate.
