PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CCW RENEWAL COURSE. THIS SERVICE IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO ASSIST YOU IN ADDING A HANDGUN TO YOUR EXISTING CCW OR COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE CCW COURSE USING LIVE-FIRE QUALIFICATION.

Welcome to the NFI add-a-gun qualification program! This qualification is provided as a service to any CCW holder who wants to add a gun to their existing CCW permit. It will meet all new CA CCW laws.
In addition, anybody who completes the NFI online CCW or CCW Renewal Course will register for this quick 30-minute session to complete their CCW or CCW Renewal Class.
Students must review the packing list for this qualification and ensure proficiency with the firearm to pass a simple marksmanship qualification. Shooters must use the gun safely. If a shooter can not use the firearm safely, cannot load and unload it, or demonstrates other errors in handling, we recommend taking an NFI Basic Defensive Pistol Course. There will be no handgun training during this qualification. You can add as many guns as you want to your permit using this service on this one day.

The qualification will be done at:
Hat Creek Rifle and Pistol Club 8:00AM-11:00AM. Please come anytime you like between 8:00AM and 11:00AM. Follow the signs to the Pistol Range. The Hat Creek Rifle and Pistol Club range is located 10 miles east of Burney on Highway 299. The gate is marked with orange posts and a sign on the North side of the road
Qualification normally takes about 30 minutes per gun.

50 cartridges per gun. (you will need 20 to qualify but just in case, if you have more bring them)
